| SADNESS
Sadness - the attitude of the mind having, expressing
or showing low spirits or sorrow, emptiness and being unhappy.
This can range in intensity from mild momentary unhappiness to a feeling
of intense grief or a sinking of spirits because of frustration or
despondency.
Sadness is a warning sign of your wound. You need people to validate
what you feel, to walk with you, to listen and to hear what you
are saying. Sadness can be nature's way of allowing yourself to
heal. Sometimes your body needs to slow down long enough to allow
time to react and rearrange your life.
Sad feelings or reactions can be easily overcome by using a combination
of hypnosis and Emotional Freedom TechniquesTM.
