With today’s technology making it incredibly easy to work from your computer, you need to step away from the screen or your work area for a mental break every now and again. Whether or not you go outside, simply standing up or finding a book or magazine to read for a little bit is all you need in order to be able to face your work again. Find something that’ll let your brain have a moment to relax and take a breather before heading back to the  finish your work.
